Fabric Technologies was formed through the merger of Open Business Systems and Psychosis in 2007, both of which were relatively small and well-regarded systems integrators that had been established for well over 10 years. Today, Fabric remains privately-owned by the respective founders of the two original businesses, Misha Gopaul and Simon Kentish. The company has 110 full-time staff and an annual turnover of around £11 million. The company is financially stable and consistently profitable.

We are a leading partner for Cisco, Microsoft and IP Trade and have experience in a wide range of technologies from other leading vendors. From our offices on the edge of the City of London, we provide services for a wide range of clients that operate in financial services industry and many other fields of commerce. Some of them are part of large multi-national corporations, while others are privately-owned businesses with no dedicated internal IT function of their own.
