Once you’re up and running, that’s entirely up to you. We find that our remote support service can deal with 90% of issues, most of these within half an hour of being logged with our helpdesk.

On the other hand, if you need regular on-site IT support and prefer dealing with flesh and blood, we can put all the necessary arrangements in place for you too. We can also help with one-off projects or sickness or holiday cover.
