IP Trade
The versatile IP Trade turret offers all the features you’d associate with traditionally serviced trading rooms, but delivers these via a range of IP-PBX vendors’ solutions.
The open standards turret architecture allows IP Trade to integrate seamlessly with existing environments such as Cisco or Avaya. Crucially, it also allows the middle and back office to collaborate fully with the traders in the front office.

Key benefits of a trading system based on IP Trade turrets include:
- It offers a fully resilient solution using existing known infrastructure.
- Because it offers inherent integration with the PBX platform, traders can make use of full PBX features.
- It frees a significant amount of data centre space and power for re-deployment. Future growth of the system can be easily managed with minimal increase in rack usage.
- Private wires and Turret lines can be shared with standard Cisco handsets.
- A single telephony platform for front and back office – no Q Sig. integration limitations.
- Integrated intercom reducing desktop power, patching, and real estate requirements and ongoing operational expense.
- High availability, centralised IP architecture – end points can be extended to new offices without the need for additional infrastructure.
- Single recording solution for front and back office with full CDR and searching capabilities.
IP Trade turret features include:
- up to 34 lines, 6000 shortcuts, intercom, private lines, up to six hooks and speakers mixing up to 20 channels.
- Voice recording is delivered by duplicating each voice stream directly to a variety of IP based loggers.
- An integrated video camera allows video calls to be made and received.
- Because IP Trade’s turrets have been engineered to provide the full range of features within Cisco, Avaya, and other business environments, traders can log in turret no matter where they are.
